Garrett Hall
Built in 1994, Garrett Hall is a three-story residence facility offering traditional housing for up to 60 students. Each suite houses four students and has two rooms which are joined by a shared bathroom.

- Main floor features a recreation lounge, general kitchen area, vending area and mailroom
- Patrolled by Campus Security 24/7
